MAKA CHITANAVA

Maka holds an MA in economics from International School of Economics at Tbilisi State University (ISET). She is an experienced economist and researcher with 15 years of experience. Her expertise lies in public policy and gender issues. With a strong focus on Regulatory Impact Assessments (RIA) and Gender Impact Assessments (GIA), Maka has provided technical assistance and capacity building to various governmental bodies, including the Parliament of Georgia and sectoral Ministries. Apart from the research Maka is delivering trainings on a variety of public policy issues and currently is visiting lecturer at the University of Georgia.
