Levan Pavlenishvili

Levan holds an MSc in Operational Research from the University of Edinburgh and an MA in Economics from ISET. He has extensive experience in public policy evaluation, having co-authored the Regulatory Impact Assessment methodology for Georgia, and has worked on issues ranging from water policy to financial sector reforms. His main research interest is in the energy sector, modeling of renewable energy systems and operation of liberalized electricity markets.
