Capacity Development in Cost-Benefit Analysis

The project "Capacity Development in Cost-Benefit Analysis - Public Investment Management (PIM) in Georgia", funded by the USAID Local Governance Programme aims to equip local municipal staff with the skills to evaluate investment costs, assess economic feasibility, and understand the potential impacts of projects through cost-benefit analysis (CBA).

The process involves training and coaching sessions specifically designed for local government staff.

The final phase of the project includes the preparation of the framework of the CBA model for each municipality.

Note: This project was completed by the N(N)LP Operational Research Institute, under which the team of Galadh Analytics operated till April 2024.
