Opportunities for Reusable Packaging Systems and Women’s Participation

The project - Circular Economy in Georgia: Opportunities for Reusable Packaging Systems and Women’s Participation -  aimed to assess the local conditions for reusable packaging solutions and explore ways to empower women, foster collaboration with the private sector and engage communities.

The assessment included a comprehensive review of relevant legislation, policies, national statistics and academic literature.

Interviews were also conducted with key business actors and local government representatives in three strategically selected cities in Georiga: Tbilisi, Batumi and Rustavi.

Note: This project was completed by the N(N)LP Operational Research Institute, under which the team of Galadh Analytics operated till April 2024.
